5dimes Moneygram Deposit

I have been playing at 5dimes for almost 8-months and only deposit with bitcoin.
The minimum deposit is and always has been $25 USD in bitcoin.
Recently, I got reprimanded by 5DImes Sportsbook for some of my BTC deposits came in lower than $25 USD. I tried to explain that in recent weeks bitcoin has gotten very expensive and the fees to send a transaction are over $5. Also, Coinbase will no longer let me use there service to send bitcoin because they figured out I was transferring to online gambling website.
So now I had to resort to buying BTC via Paxful and Local Bitcoins by trading Amazon Gift Cards for bitcoin. This makes the cost much higher...as sellers want to make money so you get about $25 USD in BTC for a $40 - $50 Amazon GC. Add the fee to send the bitcoin and that is basically double for a deposit. Now the wallets seem to take out fees after you send a transaction so I cannot predict what could happen.
5Dimes told me to buy bigger giftcards, but I said that traders with best price usually limit to under $100. Plus I like to make smaller deposits cause it is my preference.
Most other online casinos let you deposit any amount of BTC because it costs them nothing to receive the BTC.
5Dimes might suspend me from depositing with bitcoin, which sucks because I am a regular player and my last deposit was for $21 after paying $35 for a an Amazon GC. It was supposed to be for $26 but they took out the fee after it was sent.
With BTC price skyrocketing, and fees getting higher and higher.....shouldn't online casinos, like 5Dimes be more accepting that this happens sometimes??
Please let me know your opinion.
